Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services provided by VAST Studios ("we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

VAST Studios provides digital design, web development, marketing, and business scaling solutions. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Brand identity and visual design
• Digital marketing and growth strategies
• Custom software development
• Ongoing website maintenance and support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as required for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure that all materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights
• Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during our engagement

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. VAST Studios retains ownership of:

• All preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs
• Proprietary tools, code libraries, and methodologies developed independently
• The right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Third-party elements (such as stock images, fonts, or plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional fees and project delays
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAST Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Munich, Germany.
