Terms of Service

By using the services provided by VAST Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

VAST Studios provides digital design, web development, marketing, and business growth solutions. Our services include:

• Website design and development
• Brand identity and visual design
• Digital marketing and growth strategies
• Custom software development
• Ongoing website maintenance and support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of our services.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Respond to feedback and approval requests in a timely manner
• Ensure supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Protect confidential information shared during the engagement

After full payment, clients receive the rights to final deliverables specified in the project agreement. VAST Studios retains:

• Preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs
• Independently developed tools, code libraries, and methods
• The right to display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise

Third-party elements such as stock media, fonts, or plugins remain subject to their respective licenses.

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise
• Late payments may cause additional fees and delays
• Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

To the extent permitted by law, VAST Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for claims arising from a service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Where permitted by law, disputes are subject to the courts in Munich, Germany.
